And if I do, I’ll just end up in some hospital labeled unstable. They’ve made sure I stay quiet — through fear, shame, or just knowing how this place works. One time I tried to explain to a teacher why I couldn’t concentrate. She told me to drink more water. That’s when I realized no one here can help. My body jerks without reason.
